Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer questions and concerns over the phone, or in person, either resolving the issues with the customer or referring the problem to other technical personnel.
  • Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software.
  • Diagnosing hardware and software problems.
  • Responsible for the monitoring/operation of the servers, immediate problem solving and maintaining the service to the agreed levels .
  • Troubleshoots problems with computer systems.
  • Writing user manual/guide.
  • Conducting training
  • Researching, learning, and evaluating new software.

 

Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
  • Able to write and speak fluently in English .
  • Helpdesk experience.
  • Understand how email, webmail, web applications works.
  • Able to troubleshoot online problem.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Hardworking and Independent.
  • Full-Time position.
