Responsibilities:
- Answering customer questions and concerns over the phone, or in person, either resolving the issues with the customer or referring the problem to other technical personnel.
- Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software.
- Diagnosing hardware and software problems.
- Responsible for the monitoring/operation of the servers, immediate problem solving and maintaining the service to the agreed levels .
- Troubleshoots problems with computer systems.
- Writing user manual/guide.
- Conducting training
- Researching, learning, and evaluating new software.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Able to write and speak fluently in English .
- Helpdesk experience.
- Understand how email, webmail, web applications works.
- Able to troubleshoot online problem.
- Possess own transport.
- Hardworking and Independent.
- Full-Time position.
