About Storapp
Storapp is a mobile version of Storage Center dedicated to all AfterOffice storage users where they can upload and access their files in the cloud anywhere, anytime. With Storapp, they can upload their taken pictures and videos, share huge files to others, backup and restore contacts easily.
What is the Public Share folder?
The Public Share folder is reserved for AfterOffice to keep software and user guides for user to download.
What is the Company Share folder?
The Company Share folder is the folder containing the files and folders shared among your colleagues.
What is the Company Homepage folder?
Company Homepage folder is the folder that stores files related to your company homepage. It is only accessible to your company’s Administrator.
What is the Private folder?
The Private folder is the folder where you store your private files and folders.
What is the Private Homepage folder?
The Private Homepage folder is the folder that stores files related to his/her own private homepage.
What is the Network Share folder?
The Network Share folder stores all folders being shared to you by others from their Private folder.
How do I upload files?
- Upload a captured photo/video
With e-Storage Upload feature, you can directly take a photo/video and upload to your Private folder instantly. To take a photo/video and upload to your e-Storage:
- Select the Upload tab.
- Tap the Take Photo or Video button, and your iPhone will switch to a camera mode.
- Capture a photo/video. You can retake the photo/video with the Retake button or continue the upload with the Use button.
- A default filename is given for your photo/video in the filename field. Touch the field and edit if you want to change the filename.
- Tap the Upload button.
- Upload photos/videos from library
You can upload your existing photos/videos from your library to your Private folder by doing the following:
- Select the Upload tab.
- Tap the Upload from Library button, and your iPhone will switch to a camera mode.
- Select an album.
- Tap the photos/videos that you wish to upload and then select the Upload button.
How do I delete files/folders?
- Delete a file from your iPhone
The e-Storage iphone app stores a local copy of your file once you have access and view it through the app. To remove a file from your iPhone:
- Select the Local tab.
- Tap the Edit button, and the Remove buttons will appear in front of each local file.
- Tap the Remove button on the file that you wish to remove. A Delete button will appear behind the file.
- Tap the Delete button.
Alternatively, you can delete all local files from your iPhone on the Settings tab. On Local File Settings, tap Delete Local File, and a warning message will appear. Once you confirm your decision to delete all data in the local storage, click on the OK button.
- Delete a file/folder from e-Storage
You can delete a file/folder permanently from your e-Storage app and website. First navigate to the location of the file/folder within your Storage that you would like to delete. Then do the following:
- Tap the Edit button, and a sub menu with the Delete button will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Check the file/folder that you want to delete.
- Tap the Delete button.
How do I copy my files/folders?
If you want to copy your files/folders to another location within your Storage, first navigate to the location of the file/folder that you wish to copy, then do the following:
- Tap the Edit button, and a sub menu with the Copy button will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Check the file/folder that you want to copy.
- Tap the Copy button, and the Choose a folder to copy to button will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Choose a folder to copy to button, and you will be navigated to the root location of your Storage.
- Choose and navigate to the destination for your copied file. Tap on the Choose button.
How do I send files/folders?
You can send files/folders in your Storage to others with e-Storage’s Drop function. The dropped files/folders will be sent to your recipients as URL links via e-mail. When your recipients received the email, they can click on the URL link to download the files/folders. To drop a file/folder:
- Navigate to the location of the file/folder that you wish to drop.
- Tap the Edit button, and a sub menu with the Drop button will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Check the file/folder that you want to drop and tap the Drop button.
- On the drop file page, enter the e-mail address that you want to send, enter the subject and write your message in the message area.
- Choose the Available For option. This option will determine how long the dropped link will remain available for the user to download.
- Choose the Notify Me option. If you choose Yes as the option, an email notification will be sent to you when the recipient picks up your file/folder.
- Tap the OK button to drop the file/folder.
How do I rename files/folders?
First, navigate to the location of the file/folder that you wish to rename and then select the Edit button. A sub menu with the Rename button will appear at the bottom of the screen. Then follow the steps below:
- Check the file/folder that you want to rename and tap the Rename button.
- Touch the filename field and change the filename.
- Tap the OK button.
How do I backup my contacts?
You can backup your contacts on your iPhone using e-Storage Contacts feature. Navigate to the Contacts tab. From here, you can:
- Select all contacts by selecting the Select All button or
- Tap on specific contacts to backup.
After you have done selecting the contacts, tap the Backup button. The backup file is stored in your Private folder.
How do I restore my contacts?
If you have lost or accidentally deleted your contacts but have them backed up using e-Storage before, you can restore your contact as long as you have the backup file in your Private folder. Navigate to the Settings tab, then do the following:
- On Contacts, tap on Restore Contact.
- Click on the OK button on the prompted message once you confirm your decision to restore your contacts.
- Choose and tap on the backup file that you wish to restore.
