1. How do I subscribe?
  To subscribe, please click on Order Now and fill in the order form, or you may email to order@afteroffice.com. Please provide your valid email address since this is the only way for us to contact you.
   
2. What kind of files types can i store?
  No restrictions on the type of files that can be stored. That is, file
content is irrelevant. (Filename restriction? Yes there are some restrictions, but generally, whatever that can be represented under the major OS (Windows, Mac, Linux) will be supported. Exceptions are names beginning with ".", "-" and names longer than 255 characters.
   
3. How much of bandwidth do i get?
  No specific bandwidth restrictions imposed by the codes, unless abuse activity is detected.
   
4. How secure is my data?
  As secure as SSL is.
   
5. How long does it take for my subscription to be activated
  Generally within 6 hours. You will receive an email including the Administration User ID/ Password and other setting instructions.
   
6. Can I pay with other mode?
  Yes, you may arrange for wire transfer. Please contact order@afteroffice.com.
   
7. How many ways can I upload/download files?
  You may upload through Web browser, FTP client, Webfolder (WebDAV client), a custom desktop client with file management and
backup/synchronization features, will be introduced in the near future.
   
8. Are there any upload or download limits?
  Upload is limited by the storage space quota. No upload is possible
if the usage exceeds the quota. No specific download limit is imposed. (unless abuse is detected)

I have a trial account, how do i become a subcribed member?

  You can easily subscribe by visiting Order Now page. Your subscription will start as soon as your payment is verified.
   
10. What are the best browser to use?
  IE version 5 or 6 or better.
NN version 5 or 6 or better.
Mozilla .
Generally most other browsers work well too.
   
11. How do I change my password?
  You can click on "Profile" on the main menu and then click on "Password" on the sub menu.
   
12. What do i do if I have lost my password?
  You may contact service@afteroffice.com.
   
13. Is there any set-up fee?
