**Question:** I am getting errors when accessing to the FTP server. How do I start troubleshooting?

  - Check if the FTP connection is being blocked by your computer/network firewall. You may need to configure the firewall to allow FTP connection.
  - Try using "explicit FTP over TLS if available" as the encryption mode of your FTP protocol.
