====== How to set standardised mail footer for all users ======

As an administrator, you can set the standardised mail footer for your users by login to AVOmaster or voadmin account.

Then, go to **[Profile]** > **[Admin]**.

Under the Admin Tasks, click on **[Mail Footer]**. You can customised your plain text footer or you can also use the two templates given. 

Lastly, click on **[Update]** to save the setting.
