If you are still getting a lot of junk mails after setting up the [[faq:email:junk_filtering_setup_for_users|Junk Filtering]] option, you can use the **Blacklisting Email** feature to block those emails.\\

Go to **Email -> Options**  to add the sender's email into **Black list** ([[faq:email:blacklist_an_email_address_on_webmail|more details here]]). \\
