====== Email Setup Guide: Microsoft Outlook (Secure POP3) ======
==== Setting Up New Mail Account ====

1. Open Microsoft Outlook. Then, go to **[File]** > **[+Add Account]**

2. Fill in your email address. Click on **Advanced options** and select **Let me set up my account manually**. Then, proceed with **[Connect]**.

3. Select **[POP]**.

4. You may fill in these details in the POP Account Settings:

**Incoming mail:**
|Server| vo2.agnx.com |
|Port|110|
|This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)|Untick|
|Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)|Untick|

**Outgoing mail:**
|Server| vo2.agnx.com |
|Port|587|
|Encryption method|None or **STARTTLS (Preferable)**|
|Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)|Untick|

5. Then, click on **[Next]**.

6. Fill in your email account's password and proceed to **[Connect]**.

7. Click on **[Done]** and your account has successfully added.
