Go to your login page and click the Login button without entering any user name or password.
You will be lead to a page. Click on
Reset Password.

Key in “avomaster@yourdomain.com” (without the quotes) on the given field “Login” and click the
Request button.

A confirmation email will be sent to your predefined alternate email address.

Follow the instruction on the email you received (like the sample below) and you will be able to retrieve your lost password.

If you get “Alternate email not available” upon password reset request, it means the Avomaster alternate email address is not defined on your VO. Please contact support@afteroffice.com for the matter.
