How do I obtain my FTP information?

The FTP server, login name and password are all available at the administrator control panel, that is the Avomaster or the voadmin of the AVO system.

1. Login to the Avomaster or voadmin account.
2. If you are an Avomaster, you can directly click on FTP info.
   
   
   If you are a voadmin user, go to Profile → Admin, then FTP info.
