1. Tap the Print Screen or PrtScn key on your keyboard to capture the entire screen.
2. Open an image editing tool like Microsoft Paint, and paste the screenshot.
3. Then, go to [File] and click on [Save] to save the file.
4. Fill in the file name and click on [Save].
1. Press and hold this key together: Shift + Command + 4. You will see the cursor switches into a crosshair like the image below.
2. Then, drag the crosshair to select the area of the screen to capture.
3. Once you release the mouse click, the screenshot will be automatically saved on your Desktop.
