The AVO web hosting server support the following file names as the default first page:\\

index.html\\
index.htm\\
default.html\\
default.htm\\
home.htm\\
main.htm\\
home.html\\
main.html\\

As a webmaster, you have to ensure at least one of the file exist at the top directory of the web hosting folder in order to show your web content correctly.\\
The server will pick the first one that it encountered starting from the top, and let the browser display it. So it is not advisable to have multiple index in the same directory, eg. having index.html and main.html at the same directory will only get index.html displayed, ignoring main.html.\\

The same behavior applies for sub folders within the entire web hosting directory.
