Login to the Avomaster or voadmin account. Go to Profile → Admin Tasks, then FTP info.

In order for you to access to the domain manage page, you will have to login as the administrator (Avomaster account, or voadmin user group).

Go to Profile → Admin Tasks → Manage DNS.

Be very careful on changing the domain information on IP and MX.
Without good understanding on how these settings work, you may render your website unreachable and lost email.

There are a few ways you can access the Afteroffice.com online payment system when you need to make payment online.

• Login as the Avomaster account, click on Make Payment on the control panel; or
• Login as your usual AVO account if you are a voadmin user.
  Click on Profile → then Admin Tasks → Make Payment.
