For added security, you can apply a passphrase to protect your shared files - people who does not have the passphrase will not able to access and download the files.

This can be done by entering a password into the “Passphrase” field when you are sending the files.

After you have sent the files, you can share this passphrase to your recipients via email, WhatsApp, or other methods.

Once your recipients receive and access the share link, they will see the screen as follows.

Before they can access and download the files shared by you, they are required to enter the correct passphrase and click [Submit].

If the provided passphrase is correct, they will be able to proceed to the next screen to download the shared file.
