What should I do if I have lost my Wordpress, Joomla or other CMS login information?

If you have forgotten your CMS login details, you can try the following solutions.

1. Contact Webmaster to Get the Login Details

Contact your webmaster or the website designer who built your website and request for the CMS login and password.

2. Reset Password from CMS Login Panel

Most CMS will provide a password reset function on their login page. If you remember the email or username of your CMS account, you can use this method to obtain a new password. Please refer to this article on how to do so for each CMS.

3. Request for Password Overwrite from AfterOffice

If none of the above solutions works, you can request our support team to perform a password overwrite to your CMS account. Please be informed that there is a one-time charge for this service. For more information, please contact support@afteroffice.com.

Alternatively, you may opt for subscribing to our LAMP Maintenance Service, which includes website backup services and CMS version update. For details please contact our Sales Team at sales@afteroffice.com.
