Blacklist a Sender Email Address on your Webmail


If you are constantly receiving emails in your Inbox that you identified as spam or Junk, you can either set it as Junk through Global Mail Rules or configure an email blacklist using your webmail account.

  1. Login to your webmail. Go to Email.


  2. Under Configuration, select Options.


  3. Scroll down till you see the Black list option.


  4. Key in the email address that you wanted to blacklist on the given field.
    Remember to select the Black list checkbox.

  5. Click the Save button to save your configuration.


Alternatively, you can open the particular email and click [Block], as highlighted in red in the image below.
