Travelling overseas while being blocked by SAP from accessing to your Virtual Office account is certainly an unpleasant experience.

What is SAP and why do you need it?

Suspicious Access Prevention (SAP) is a geolocation control feature that blocks suspicious access from other countries that are not permitted by you. Watch this video to find out more:

Tips to prevent account from being blocked by SAP while travelling overseas:

  1. Go to Profile → Suspicious Access Prevention.
  2. Select the countries that you wish to access your account from.
  3. Click Update.

Remember to do this step before travelling out of the country.
