We are currently focusing on marketing our Storage Center Services to the SME for online group-access file sharing and off-site storage backup. Job Description
  • Develops, edits, reviews and organises technical writing in IT related systems and software applications— user manuals, SOPs, guidelines, reports.
  • Performs tests and support on web-based, software and mobile apps systems.
  • Assists in project management and coordinations.
  • Performs system analyses and general tasks.
Job Requirement
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT related systems.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in appropriate computer skills and software for execution of required documentation (word processing, spreadsheets, publishing, email, etc)

Job Description

  • The responsibilities include designing web pages which incorporate usability and visual factors, maintaining websites etc.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible to develop new businesses.
  • Be knowledgeable with our web applications and solutions and apply them in various business scenarios.
  • Conduct pre-sales presentations or demonstrations on the web applications and solutions.
  • Implement sales strategies and processes through prospecting, solution proposing, negotiation and order fulfillment.
  • Report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the operation team, telesales team, web design team and the support team.
  • Recruitment of resellers.
  • Achieve Sales Target.

Job Description
  • Install, configure and upgrade operating systems and software.
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems.
  • Update Website FAQ for support issues.
  • Answer customer questions and concerns over the phone, or in person, either resolving the issues with the customer or referring the problem to other technical personnel.
  • Responsible for the monitoring/operation of the servers, immediate problem solving and maintaining the Service to the agreed levels.
