Outlook Express: Automatic Retrieve Email
Select “Options” from the “Tools” menu. The follow window will be presented:
1. Enable the auto-checking by turning on “Check for new messages” as shown at arrow 1.
2. Set the interval of every occurrence at arrow 2.
3. Click OK.
