Email Setup Guide: Microsoft Outlook (Secure POP3)
Setting Up New Mail Account
1. Open Microsoft Outlook. Then, go to [File] > [+Add Account]
2. Fill in your email address. Click on Advanced options and select Let me set up my account manually. Then, proceed with [Connect].
3. Select [POP].
4. You may fill in these details in the POP Account Settings:
Incoming mail:
| Server | vo2.agnx.com |
| Port | 110 |
| This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) | Untick |
| Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) | Untick |
Outgoing mail:
| Server | vo2.agnx.com |
| Port | 587 |
| Encryption method | None or STARTTLS (Preferable) |
| Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) | Untick |
5. Then, click on [Next].
6. Fill in your email account's password and proceed to [Connect].
7. Click on [Done] and your account has successfully added.
