Cache
Cache (also known as web cache or HTTP cache) is a temporary storage or memory that allows fast access to data.

CMS
Content Management System (CMS) is a system used to manage the creation, modification, and removal of content from a website without needing the expertise of a web designer.

Concurrent user
Maximum number of users log in to the system or visit the website within a second.

Control Panel
AfterOffice Control Panel is a place for the Virtual Office administrators to modify system settings and controls, such as user account settings, user groups and access control, SMTP settings, Junk settings and more.

Daily Outgoing Email Quota
Limits the number of email sent per day.

Domain
Domain name is used to identify the location of particular server that keeps your corporate entity on the Internet.

IMAP
Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP) is a standard email protocol that allows email clients to access email messages on a server without the need to download them into local computer or mobile phone.

LAMP
LAMP is a web development platform that uses Linux (“L”) as the operating system, Apache (“A”) as the web server, MySQL (“M”) as the database management system and PHP (“P”) as the programming language.

Mail Client
Mail client refers to the program or application that you use to access your emails. Some examples of mail clients are MS Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail.

Post Office Protocol (POP) is a simple email protocol that allows mail clients to download emails from the server in a one-time manner.

Suspicious Access Prevention (SAP) is a geo-location control feature built on top of your Virtual Office account login authentication process that rejects potential suspicious access.

AfterOffice webmail refers to the email service that is available in the Virtual Office application.
