VOChat for Website: Viewing Visitor Source
To view the more information about a visitor:
1. On the visitor's chat screen, click on the 
icon.
2. Select View visitor.
3. You will be able to see the user's contact details under the Contact Details tab.
4. To view the visitor's source, location and more, click into the Other Details tab.
